Fees for services : Initial Consultations 1hour $300, follow ups $150/30 min and $225/45 min, $300 if coordination of care ,face to face and paperwork totals 1 hour-  paperwork outside appointment time $75

length of session includes face to face time and time spent on coordinating care, making referrals, and between session continuation of care- other then :clarification of directions, sending in prescriptions, coordinating next visit, dealing with billing/fee/payment issues.

Insurances taken as of 09/01/2024 : BCBS, Aetna and Cigna, and a few others I can bill  through online platforms Headway (BCBS and some other insurances)  or Alma (cigna/aetna onlye)- for  medicare non par (which is 115% allowed medicare amount, you pay provider and provider gives you super bill to submit to your insurance
