Fees for services : Initial Consultations 1hour $250, follow ups $150/30 min and $225/45 min, $250 if coordination of care ,face to face and paperwork totals 1 hour-  paperwork outside appointment time $75

length of session includes face to face time and time spent on coordinating care, making referrals, and between session continuation of care- other then :clarification of directions, sending in prescriptions, coordinating next visit, dealing with billing/fee/payment issues.

Insurances taken as of  05/2025 most insurances through either ALMA platform or HEADWAY platform- (optum, united, aetna, bcbs,cigna)

also not thru platform:HNE ;MEDICARE (non par as described on FORMS page); MBHP/PCC plan ; GIC /Wellpoint Out of Network- you pay and then you submit superbill and get reimbursed allowed amount by Well point
